Processing Time
All items are handmade.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships.
During busy seasons, processing may take a little longer. We’ll let you know if that happens.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship using USPS.
Estimated delivery times after shipping:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
Delivery Issues
After a package is marked “Delivered,” we are no longer responsible for it.
If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number.
We will do our best to help, but ultimately, the carrier controls delivery once it leaves our hands.
Wrong Address
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If the address is wrong and the package is returned to us, you must pay for reshipping.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.
International Shipping
TEKA does not ship internationally at this time.
United States only.
Returns + Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, all TEKA bonnets and accessories are final sale.
No returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
If something is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
